Jacqueline or rather Jia, I prefer to call her. We been friends for 30 over years and she has been my agent for more than 20 years. She helped me with my financial investments and the investments done, have helped me to claim my 1st title deed from HDB. When we started our family, we entrusted her with our all our insurances for our family. Not saying this because she is friend but she has done many things beyond what a friend or agent can or have done. Once our whole family were out for overseas trip, our gate decided to malfunction and open on its own! We only know it at 12midnight that our house is wide open, unattended, I called her to help and immediately she dashed out of her house (after a long day of work and already in her PJ preparing for bedtime) to rush to mine to help us to lock the gate! She had also attend to my crazy midnight or dawn break last minute insurance requestsssss.. helped to design and build insurance plans that are within our comfortable budget. Most importantly she grow with our family. Thank you for being so dependable and reliable! I promise more last min requests and crazy stuff for you and counting!

I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years. She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. Her concern for her customers always stem from her heart. Her tenacity to make sure we are well taken care of in times of personal needs goes beyond selling insurance. When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve. Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”. I have more memories of how she touched my heart but I will save them for future testimonials. Agents are a dime plenty, but it is AIA’s honour to have someone like Jacqueline on their team.
