I am a non believer of insurance due to bad experiences in my early years. I steer clear when I hear the word insurance. However, Jacq changes everything.
She is not just my trustworthy agent, she is also a friend. Jacq is patience in listening to your needs and gives you timely and the best professional advices for you and your family.
Jacq is highly efficient and always there when you need her. She is extremely helpful, caring, attentive, always with a smile and very knowledgeable in her expertise of work.

08 Feb 2023 | | | Sharon Eng, Administrator (To 20 years before (I think!), and 30 years more. I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years.
She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. Her concern for her customers always stem from her heart. Her tenacity to make sure we are well taken care of in times of personal needs goes beyond selling insurance.
When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve.
Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”.
I have more memories of how she touched my heart but I will save them for future testimonials.
Agents are a dime plenty, but it is AIA’s honour to have someone like Jacqueline on their team.
