As humans, we have an innate need for connection and approval from others. Often, we make an effort to gain validation and this is natural. Yet, in our world today, this need for others’ approval becomes magnified; as many of us are constantly plugged in on social media, we tend to get caught up in the pursuit of “likes”, “shares”, “follows” & engagement. These can have implications on our mental well-being and happiness. Through this issue, I hope that we can be more aware of the impacts & risks associated with excessive use of social media, and what we can do about it so that we can live out our best lives. | How to Stop Worrying What Other People Think of You If you find yourself looking over your shoulder, self-conscious, or fretful about how your actions will look to others, here’s some help to stop worrying. | The Social Dilemma: Social Media and Your Mental Health ‘Like’ it or not, using social media can cause anxiety, depression, and other health challenges. How can you change your habits? | A Reason Not to Worry What Others Think We spend a little too much time worrying about how we must appear in the minds of others. However, the poignant, useful truth is that almost everyone doesn’t care at all about who we are, what we’re doing and how we’ve messed up. | Proudly Brought to You I seek to reach out to people who believe in safeguarding the interests of their loved ones. Let me know if I can be of help to someone you know or care about. We can make a difference to lives when it matters most. There are just too many dramatic real-life cases of detrimental occurrences, telling us of the financial and emotional meltdowns we could bring to our family, should we have not insured ourselves during times when misfortune knocks on our doors. Also, we thought it is important that we do not just insure ourselves thoroughly, but to also conduct the same with a reliable underwriter which possesses sound track records, and with a seamless claims process.
I have known Jacqueline for slightly over 30 Years, and had since 2 decades ago entrusted the whole insurance portfolio of my family with AIA, through this uniquely dedicated insurance agent & friend.
Jac had been through with me and my family, at our various life stages; from the time when I was just married with a kid, till the later season when my 2 kids are in their teens, and now when my wife and I are in the midst of concluding our retirement.
I remember vividly, that Jac would often be with me, or with my children to the hospital/clinics, so much so that she was, almost always, mistaken to be my wife, or my kids’ mother. Jacqueline was, and had always been with us when we got ourselves into such trouble. She is our go-to person when we need financial & security advise, the first person to come to mind whenever we encounter injuries, and incidents of any kind.
While I may not be the best testimony to a well-trusted and dependable financial planner (I do have many to compare with), I am thankful that we to have Jac with us all thru’ these many years.
We have heard of many stories that would bring bad reputation to the occupation; nonetheless, we are blessed that we are served by one who serves with a heart, who is considerate about our circumstances, mindful of our needs and always proposing solutions that best meet our needs, while not forgetting the depths of our pockets at the same time.
I am delighted that I have chosen AIA; if I am given a chance to choose again, I will most certainly do the same, through Jacqueline nevertheless, to have AIA as our trusted insurance partner and provider.

| | | Elaine Lau, Banker (Client since 2019) If I were to describe the impression that Jacqueline gives me, I would say - "I never knew what a good agent is like, until I know Jacq"
I am a non believer of insurance due to bad experiences in my early years. I steer clear when I hear the word insurance. However, Jacq changes everything.
She is not just my trustworthy agent, she is also a friend. Jacq is patience in listening to your needs and gives you timely and the best professional advices for you and your family.
Jacq is highly efficient and always there when you need her. She is extremely helpful, caring, attentive, always with a smile and very knowledgeable in her expertise of work.
Undoubtedly, Jacq is the BEST insurance agent one could ever have, and a true gem in this industry.
You never know how good your insurance and agent are until you need them, and both are outstanding in my case. | | | Goh Lyndy, Private Flight Attendant (Client since 2015) Jacqueline is highly committed to her profession. She has an outstanding work ethic and has made the process of dealing with insurance easy and seamless. Whenever I am in doubt or have questions, she is always able to provide insurance counseling and advice.
Her patience towards the elderly definitely shows as she handles my mum’s policies as well. She is able to explain the policies in a different way, to my mum so that she understands better and feels very assured.
I would definitely recommend Jacqueline to anyone without hesitation or reservation.
Thank you for always having my best interest at heart and ensuring that I am well covered! | | | Candy, Andy & Family (Client since 2014) Jiajia is my husband’s childhood friend. I’ve known her for close to 20 years and she has been our trustworthy insurance agent for about 10 years. Although she just started with AIA when I first got to know her, she has never tried selling anything to me. We only approached her when we were expecting our first child. Ever since, she has been promptly answering queries, efficiently handling our claims and diligently updating us with the changes in policy terms. Whenever we are faced with issues, she will always be there ready to help and giving us assurance. She will reiterate, “Anything, just call. No matter how late, just call.’ She also ensures that we are adequately covered within our means. Her experience and professionalism is indisputable. She always uphold herself with pride and integrity. We are so blessed and thankful to have her as a close friend and taking care of our policies. Jiajia is the BEST!! | | | Eric Chua, Finance Manager (Client since 2003) I got my first policy from Jacqueline since 2003 after I got my first job since I completed my national service. She was introduced by a friend who had full of compliments of her service and professionalism. Since then, there was no turning back, I bought more policies from her and even for my kids. I did supported a few friends from other insurance companies but none of them is as responsible as Jacq and AIA remains the most efficient in terms of processing any claims.
Over the years, I will not hesitate to introduce Jacq to my peers or families whenever they need help with their insurance.
She is the best agent around and still going strong! Truly appreciate her assistance all these years.
