| In life, there are days and moments where everything we do does not feel enough, or face situations that are beyond our control. A common response to such instances is to doubt ourselves and our abilities, and that is a very normal and human thing to do. But the effect of self-doubt can cut both ways: It can either spur us to achieve our goals and thereby boost our confidence levels, or cause us to feel entirely powerless and paralysed. Fortunately, whether we allow it to work for or against us is mostly up to us. Known Jacqueline since 2018. As I'm always skeptical over life insurance and I only had certain coverages over my medical. She explained to me what is needed and she would base on my comfortable budget and needs to recommend what is the best for me.

We been friends for 30 over years and she has been my agent for more than 20 years. She helped me with my financial investments and the investments done, have helped me to claim my 1st title deed from HDB. Once our whole family were out for overseas trip, our gate decided to malfunction and open on its own! I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years.
She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. Her concern for her customers always stem from her heart. Her tenacity to make sure we are well taken care of in times of personal needs goes beyond selling insurance.
When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve.
Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”.
I have more memories of how she touched my heart but I will save them for future testimonials.
