When I knew she was going into financial planning, I did not hesitate to go with her as my agent and have never looked back since.
Jacq is caring, responsive and goes out of her way for clients. I have recommended many friends to her over the years.
Now she helps me with my child's policy and I am very thankful I have someone trusted with me all these years. She is my no. 1 agent and a great personal friend that you can trust wholeheartedly.
| | | Elaine Lau, Banker (Client since 2019) If I were to describe the impression that Jacqueline gives me, I would say - "I never knew what a good agent is like, until I know Jacq"
I am a non believer of insurance due to bad experiences in my early years. I steer clear when I hear the word insurance. However, Jacq changes everything.
She is not just my trustworthy agent, she is also a friend. Jacq is patience in listening to your needs and gives you timely and the best professional advices for you and your family.
Jacq is highly efficient and always there when you need her. She is extremely helpful, caring, attentive, always with a smile and very knowledgeable in her expertise of work.
Undoubtedly, Jacq is the BEST insurance agent one could ever have, and a true gem in this industry.
You never know how good your insurance and agent are until you need them, and both are outstanding in my case. | | | Cavis Tan, Producer (Client since 2011) My husband is Jacqueline's friend for more than 30 years and I was introduce to her after and has been a client for more than 12 years and counting. Thank you for all your patient assistance during the state of confusion and helping us bundle everything together. Insurance is a very time consuming task and you helped put us at ease to the best plans.
Most agents wouldn’t answer a phone call on a beautiful Saturday morning or wee hours of night when my kids are in the A&E department and i will be calling Jacqueline on these “special hours” for her advise.
We appreciate your experience and expertise to help the family save money on the policies towards our needs.
You are more than measured up to the “5 Star” rating. I will highly recommend you and your company to others for their insurance needs. | | | Chloe Aw, Creative Director of Escapade Studios (Client since 2012) Jac has been both a trusted friend and an exceptional insurance agent. She assisted me in setting up my accident and hospital insurance plans with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Her ability to clearly explain the policies and ensure they were tailored to my needs was truly reassuring. It is a great comfort to know that my insurance matters are in the hands of someone I trust and respect. | | | Eric Chua, Finance Manager (Client since 2003) I got my first policy from Jacqueline since 2003 after I got my first job since I completed my national service. She was introduced by a friend who had full of compliments of her service and professionalism. Since then, there was no turning back, I bought more policies from her and even for my kids. I did supported a few friends from other insurance companies but none of them is as responsible as Jacq and AIA remains the most efficient in terms of processing any claims.
Over the years, I will not hesitate to introduce Jacq to my peers or families whenever they need help with their insurance.
She is the best agent around and still going strong! Truly appreciate her assistance all these years.
08 Feb 2023 | | | Sharon Eng, Administrator (To 20 years before (I think!), and 30 years more. I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years.
She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. Her concern for her customers always stem from her heart. Her tenacity to make sure we are well taken care of in times of personal needs goes beyond selling insurance.
When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve.
Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”.
I have more memories of how she touched my heart but I will save them for future testimonials.
Agents are a dime plenty, but it is AIA’s honour to have someone like Jacqueline on their team.
Thank you Jacqueline.
