I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years. She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve.
