I got my first policy from Jacqueline since 2003 after I got my first job since I completed my national service. She was introduced by a friend who had full of compliments of her service and professionalism. Since then, there was no turning back, I bought more policies from her and even for my kids. I opined that the insuring of ourselves, and in some cases our loved ones, are one of the many things that a responsible adult should always plan to do. There are just too many dramatic real-life cases of detrimental occurrences, telling us of the financial and emotional meltdowns we could bring to our family, should we have not insured ourselves during times when misfortune knocks on our doors. Jacqueline or rather Jia, I prefer to call her. We been friends for 30 over years and she has been my agent for more than 20 years.
