I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years. She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve. Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”.
