I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years. She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve. I opined that the insuring of ourselves, and in some cases our loved ones, are one of the many things that a responsible adult should always plan to do. There are just too many dramatic real-life cases of detrimental occurrences, telling us of the financial and emotional meltdowns we could bring to our family, should we have not insured ourselves during times when misfortune knocks on our doors.
