Jacqueline or rather Jia, I prefer to call her. We been friends for 30 over years and she has been my agent for more than 20 years. She helped me with my financial investments and the investments done, have helped me to claim my 1st title deed from HDB. I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years. She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. Her concern for her customers always stem from her heart. Her tenacity to make sure we are well taken care of in times of personal needs goes beyond selling insurance. When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve. Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”.
