I cannot remember when I started with Jacqueline but I will focus on the recent years.
She has been nothing but heartfelt during my cancer stint. Her concern for her customers always stem from her heart. Her tenacity to make sure we are well taken care of in times of personal needs goes beyond selling insurance.
When my father passed in 2022, Jacqueline was again there for me, helping me sort out insurance issues with the hospital so I can focus on the living and giving me time to grieve.
Once again in later 2022, I had to go through a minor surgery and she took it upon herself to find me a suitable surgeon and followed through with claims and her personal touch of “after care”.
I have more memories of how she touched my heart but I will save them for future testimonials.
Agents are a dime plenty, but it is AIA’s honour to have someone like Jacqueline on their team.
Thank you Jacqueline.
| | | Bernard Tan, Business Development Manager (Client since 2003) I opined that the insuring of ourselves, and in some cases our loved ones, are one of the many things that a responsible adult should always plan to do.
There are just too many dramatic real-life cases of detrimental occurrences, telling us of the financial and emotional meltdowns we could bring to our family, should we have not insured ourselves during times when misfortune knocks on our doors. Also, we thought it is important that we do not just insure ourselves thoroughly, but to also conduct the same with a reliable underwriter which possesses sound track records, and with a seamless claims process.
I have known Jacqueline for slightly over 30 Years, and had since 2 decades ago entrusted the whole insurance portfolio of my family with AIA, through this uniquely dedicated insurance agent & friend.
Jac had been through with me and my family, at our various life stages; from the time when I was just married with a kid, till the later season when my 2 kids are in their teens, and now when my wife and I are in the midst of concluding our retirement.
I remember vividly, that Jac would often be with me, or with my children to the hospital/clinics, so much so that she was, almost always, mistaken to be my wife, or my kids’ mother. Jacqueline was, and had always been with us when we got ourselves into such trouble. She is our go-to person when we need financial & security advise, the first person to come to mind whenever we encounter injuries, and incidents of any kind.
While I may not be the best testimony to a well-trusted and dependable financial planner (I do have many to compare with), I am thankful that we to have Jac with us all thru’ these many years.
We have heard of many stories that would bring bad reputation to the occupation; nonetheless, we are blessed that we are served by one who serves with a heart, who is considerate about our circumstances, mindful of our needs and always proposing solutions that best meet our needs, while not forgetting the depths of our pockets at the same time.
I am delighted that I have chosen AIA; if I am given a chance to choose again, I will most certainly do the same, through Jacqueline nevertheless, to have AIA as our trusted insurance partner and provider.

I have to say, Jacq is always very responsive to my policy queries as I do not keep track of my own coverage. Her professionalism is without a doubt, and she’s always meticulous in her work. Definitely trustworthy and patient as she’ll always advice on what I need and what I don’t from my insurance coverage, investments and retirement planning. My insurance claims are also handled very swiftly.
